Course privacy: How do I hide my course from public visibility? Or how do I make my course private, unlisted or with a password?
In the Create section, enter your course and select to edit the course details. From there you can adjust the visibility to one of four settings:
1) Public - all users can see it. It will also be found by Google and listed in their results.
2) Unlisted - it will not be searchable by users, and Google should not find it, but you can link it to others.
3) Me only - only you can find it, Google cannot, nor can others.
4) Password: Assign a password to your course. Others cannot find it in search, Google cannot find it - but you can link it to others and give them the password.
