1) sexual abuse by a kinesiologist or another regulated health professional. 2) Employment has ended because a regulated health professional has committed professional misconduct or is incompetent or incapacitated. 3) A kinesiologist has had a finding of guilt for an offence. 4) A kinesiologist has had a finding of professional malpractice or negligence.
