Its pyogenic Granuloma : Pyogenic granuloma is a reactive lesion that usually seen as a pedunculated mass on labial surface of the maxillary anterior gingiva secondary to the irritation from subgingival calculus. The lesion characterized histologically by the formation of a chronically inflamed fibro vascular connective tissue. The lesion can be excised with subgingival debridement with no recurrence unless it is associated with pregnanacy.
