Aspirin – AVOID high dose, even low doses increase bleeding risk NSAIDS – Increased risk of GI Bleed Opioids – not usually a problem ( but tramadol increases effect of warfarin) Paracetamol – not usually a problem (prolonged regular use may increase effect of warfarin)
