What is the mode of action for Angiotensin 2 receptor blockers?

Works in RAAS. Selectively binds to ACE 2 receptors sites in vascular smooth muscle and adrenal cortex. Blocks vasoconstriction and release of aldosterone which decreases blood pressure.
