New languages and audio added

New languages added: - Bengali - Slovak - Gujarati - Hebrew - Croatian now has audio and voices - Indonesian - Javanese (No audio available yet) - Urdu (No audio available yet) - Thai - Latin (No audio available yet) Note: Older courses which used English in place of the missing language can be converted to use the new languages in your course settings - this will enable audio, translation and speaking in the language.
