Firefox copy paste fix

Sorry for the delay - but we finally fixed the Firefox copy paste bug in v4. The issue was related to the original intention to allow dragging and dropping of cards to reorder them. We did not intend to disable copy / paste. This was a bug. Due do the various issues with browser compatibility, drag/drop is now opt in. You must click the hand icon to enable drag and drop now. We anticipate that our implementation is intuitive. We are grateful to the users who highlighted this bug's importance on the forum.
