Copy and paste fix

We have now fixed the issue where copy and paste would be unavailable after using flashcards. We had it setup so during flashcards copy/paste was disabled to prevent accidental dragging, when you visited edit-course after that, copy and paste wouldn't work in several browsers when editing questions/flashcards for language learning etc. We've now disabled the copy/paste blocker entirely - it wasn't actually needed. Thanks to the users who reported this issue.
