Bug fix - unable to open a level after creating

We found that V4 contained a large regressional bug whereby 4 - 6% of courses would simply fail to open on the create-course screen. Effectively, anyone who used a quote character, tab or line break would not be able to open their course. We've fixed that now, and have test coverage in place to test 10,000 courses per day to ensure it does not reoccur. We apologise for this mishap.
